Testimonials
“After a few weeks of being finished the course, I can see some of the deeper benefits to the mindfulness practices. It is making a difference in how I show up with my family. It is making a difference in how I show up for myself. The open and non-judgmental tone that the instructors set helped me to be kinder to myself and let go of the pass-fail mentality. Please continue to share your experiences; it made a big difference in my management of my anxiety and depression.”
“I feel that the community, accountability to the group and homework practices really helped me to connect with others and myself in more skillful ways.”
